Photoring.org has been build after Cameron Stephen closed gates of his PhotoBlogRing in 2006. Cameron said that the main reason of his act was time consuming administration of the community site.
Time consuming administration is still a big issue. That`s the reason why there is a long list of waiting blogs, long list of inactive blogs and almost no further development.
We have this list of features to develop:
- Photoring Toolbar for easy browsing
- Facebook, Flickr and Twitter account connection
- Redefine photo and blog rating
- Autonomy activity validator (web crawler)
Can you help us? We have an idea to serve more information to our members – so we need:
- Editors which will rate and select photos for editorial selection
- Editors which will write articles (e.g. interview Photoring members, short news..)
- User which will suggest new features
